LEXINGTON SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH RAINY DAY FUND SCHOLARSHIP
DESCRIPTION
The Lexington (Spanish) Seventh-Day Adventist Church is a non profit religious institution that prides itself in community involvement and service. We would like to award a scholarship to a student pursuing a college/secondary school education. This scholarship is to provide financial help for those rainy days that show themselves in life.
QUALIFICTIONS
Seniors must be pursuing a degree in any four-year university/college or two-year community college/tech school.
The senior MUST be a first generation college student.
The senior MUST be of Hispanic descent
Affiliation to the Seventh-day Adventist Church is NOT required.
AWARD AMOUNT
$1000
AWARD DISBURSEMENT
$500 will be sent to the student’s college son proof of 1st semester registration.
$500 will be sent to the student’s college upon proof of 1st semester grades and 2nd semester class schedule.
